Do I need to speak with an agent to make a change or can I just leave a message?
It is always necessary to speak with an agent to complete a change of any type to any policy.  You may leave a message but until you have heard back from an agent to confirm that it was received do not assume that it was or that it has been processed.  We will call you back to confirm but if you have not heard back within one business day please call again as the message may have been lost.

What is the difference between replacemnt cost and actual cash value?
Replacement cost is exactly what it sounds like.  If something is damaged due to a covered peril it will be repaired or if need be "replaced" with a new item.

Actual Cash Value is replacing a damaged item using depreciation to compensate for the age of the item or structure.

In most cases it is more advantageous to go with Replacement Cost policies.

Is Term Life Insurance the best type of life policy?
Life insurance should always be purchased specifically for the individual.  It is best to meet with one of our agents to determine what is the best fit for your needs.

Are annuities a good value?
Annuities are a great product for certain people.  However they are similar to life insurance in that you should always discuss them with one of our agents to determine (a) if they are a fit for you at all, and (b) which type of annuity would best fit your needs.
