The summer months can be a crazy time for keeping the family focused. Conflicting schedules and so much going on makes it a crazy time of year!

It’s nice to take a break and go out to eat, but it can get expensive eating out. That’s why we put together this list of nearby places where kids can eat free or at discounted prices. Hopefully this will help you get out of the house with the kids without spending a lot.

Two Cousins Pizza Co

Who doesn’t love pizza? It’s the one meal sure to satisfy almost any kid. And when it comes to pizza, Two Cousins is always a winner!

Two Cousins has great mix of traditional East Coast pie and thick Midwest pizzas. There’s a reason why so many Ohio families have been going here for many years! And on most days, for every $5 a kid can make their own personal pie!

Cicis

You can’t talk about restaurants without mentioning an Italian place, and Cicis is just what you want when the urge for Italian strikes.

Boasting traditional pasta dishes with big portions, affordable prices, and a welcoming like-home feeling, this is a great stop for the family. Even better, they always have a free pizza buffet for kids 3 and under.

Hong Kong Buffet

Try the buffet at Hong Kong Buffet when you are ready to mix things up a bit. This place has good Asian-style food with a lot of variety, a generous selection of things to choose from, and lets face it, kids always like buffets because buffets let them choose for themselves. Even better, every day kids eat free with the purchase of two adult meals and drinks. Good bang for your buck!

Bob Evans

Stop by your nearest Bob Evans on Tuesdays after 4pm and your kids will eat free with the
purchase of an adult entrée. Not bad! If you like home style American food with big portions, Bob Evans does the trick, and it’s even better when the kids can eat free!

Texas Roadhouse

Meat living families rejoice, Texas Roadhouse has what you’re looking for. Giant portions of great BBQ, with just about everything you can imagine on the side, and on Mondays you can get kids meals for just 99 cents from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

We’ve only just scratched the surface here. There are many other options out there. Tell us about them! Let us know in the Facebook comments so we can recommend them in a future article!
